36% think “President Bush has not abused his powers as president.”
30% think “Vice President Cheney has not abused his powers as vice president.”
The other 70% think they’re both crooks. There is some disagreement about whether or not it’s OK for the President of the United States to be a crook, or whether or not we should just let him get away with it. I wonder if the Congress has addressed that question? I also wonder if maybe Mr. Waxman could, you know, do something to influence that discussion one way or the other.
