Spring break is over. In the last few weeks of Constitutional Law, we’ve talked about Judicial Review, Executive Power, the Commerce Clause, and the 10th, 11th, and 14th Amendments. We’re getting into fundamental and individual rights this week, which (in the book) means Griswold v. Connecticut and Roe v. Wade. I can’t help but wonder, given current events and ongoing Congressional investigations, whether we’ll also spend some time talking about the 5th amendment.
I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
